Check-In / Check-Out Details
On your arrival at Townsend Lodge, we require a photo ID for security reasons. There is also a $50 key deposit on arrival which will be refunded after a satisfactory room inspection on departure. Please note that you are unable to check-in without the photo ID and key deposit.
reception hours
The reception at Townsend Lodge is open from 9am to 7pm, during which time any regular check-in/out can be processed. If you require a check in outside these hours, it is essential to pre-book. If you arrive for a late check-in, please press the night bell outside.
Payment
Accommodation payments must be made in advance. For payment of your stay at Townsend, we accept Australian Dollars, Bankcard, Mastercard, Visa, Australian Traveller's Cheques and EFTPOS (KeyCard).
